Perfectly suits
To begin with there is the classical "seasoning" to accompany shell fish salads and fish tartares, Saint-Jacques scallops...or veal! It will also accompany grated raw vegetable salads and is worth trying out on fresh fruit salads. More surprising is Tobaya Suten agave syrup rice vinegar to season cold milk, yoghurts, fromages blancs and other faisselles.For something really interesting: diluted in still or sparkling water it becomes a deliciously fruity and refreshing drink (1 measure of vinegar for 4 measures of water or milk).
