Variety : Undaria pinnatifida Harvey Suringar
Our wild wakamé is harvested is spring and summer and immediately washed and dried very quickly at high temperature to retain all its fragrance, aroma and taste.
It is tasty with a thick flesh. Quite simply it brings together taste, aroma and consistency and keeps its promise, unlike farmed wakamé.
We suggest: rehydrate in water for 8 to 10 minutes, strain well and chop into small pieces.
It's perfect for miso soup but we also recommend it panfried to accompany fish dishes .
Seasoned with our kanisu seafood vinegar, it's a real delight.
It also goes well with golden sesame oil ( lightly seasoned) and some roasted sesame seeds.
