SUMO “roast” green tea - [TM9]

Preparation :
If you use tap water boil thoroughly before use. Tap water is known to be hard! The ideal temperature to infuse the tea is 70 to 80°C
You need 6 gr for 27 centilitres of water
It should be infused for 60 seconds
So that the aroma is shared out equally, it is a good idea to serve small quantities several times in each cup, one after the other.

What is special about our SUMO 'roast' tea  is that is comes exclusively from the Shizuoka Prefecture (known throughout the world for the quality of its teas) and that its cultivation in Japan is classified as organic. What is more, as it is roasted it has special slightly roasted notes.
The name Sumo is a veiled reference to the Japanese tradition. The sachet includes an origami to initiate you in this ancestral art of paper folding so famous in Japan.
