
Seto Tekko established and registered a fantastic technic for theIr products. By submitting their product (previously dried) to 20 tons pressure per square meter and very temperature (+200°C) during one second, it is developping its deep and full bodied aromas, flavours and fragrances without any bitterness.
The pepper we introduce there was previously dried and crushed and, due to pressure, formed as beautiful sheet which you can use to decorate or bring out your dishes flavour.
Many restaurants are already using these sheets with foie gras, red meats, meat or sea food carpaccio, fish and...chocolate sweets !
