Our "Dabadahiburi" chestnut shochu is well liked by many people in Japan. Since then we have developed a milder, lighter product which has delighted the female population the "Davada Rose". Five long, patient years were needed to produce this nectar. We use chestnut and sweet pink potato shôchu grown by local producers ( without insecticide ). It is both mild and refeshing without being too sweet. This surprising flavour will no doubt surprise you.

Its pink colour gives it a chic and kitsch touch. The beautiful colour and pleasant fragrance come from the anthocyanes (sort of polyphenols) in the sweet pink potato ( known to be good for health ).

Drink well chilled or add to cocktails with alcohol.
