Appetizer
This top quality shôchû is made exclusively from Japanese rice ( polished to 60 % ). The rice kôji (starter must) and yeast, the moromi rice must slowly aged at a low temperature, its very low temperature distillation, all give it a very elegant fragrance. Particularly sweet and very fruity, it has a very surprising taste close to Nihon Shu sake but much stronger.

Perfectly suits
On its own or on the rocks, or diluted with hot or cold water, as an apperitif or digestive, or to make delicious cocktails. This shôchû has the Kuma Shôchû Protected Geographical Identification Label
