Appetizer
This shôchû is aged for 30 years in white oak casks (these cask were previously used for sherry). As eaxch cask has its own character, the shôchû are constantly mixed to give a uniform, balanced, deeper taste. Its very fruity, very rich, pronounced rice flavoured taste are surprising.

On its own or on the rocks, as an apperitif or digestive, or to make delicious cocktails.
