In Japan, yuzu is the king of citrus fruits, with its unique flavour which sets it apart from other citrus fruits. Banraï selects its yuzu from the heart of Kochi prefecture, at the southern tip of Shikoku island.
Perfectly suits
Banraï yuzu salt is welcome in all stewed or steamed dishes, grilled or steamed fish, grilled white or red meat. For purists, use it in tofu-based dishes, tempura, fried dishes and sashimi. Feel free to add some pinches when you make flaky pastry nibbles.
