How to use it with liquids:
cold liquid: 1.5 gr mixer gel for 100 ml
hot liquid ( maximum 45 to 50°C ) : 1 to 1.5 gr mixer gel for 100 ml
For fresh juice, milk, drinks: 1.5 gr for 100 ml
For water or tea: 1.0 gr for 100 ml
for consommés, soup, hot cooking juices… : 1 to 1.5 gr for 100 ml
Instructions:
Put the liquid in a mixer bowl, then add the powdered Miyagen mixer gel. Stir well with a spoon and stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
Mix for 10 seconds and….it's ready!
Important : for hot liquids stir the preparation as you add Miyagen mixer gel to avoid lumps forming.
For warmish liquids, soups, consommés, stock…, no hotter than 45-50°C before mixing for the best results.
For milk it is better to stand for 5 minutes before mixing.
How to use it in hot dishes ( vegetables, fruit, fish, meat, cooked vegetables…) and desserts :
Cold : 1.5 gr mixer gel for 100 gr
Hot : 1.0 to 1.05 gr mixer gel for 100 gr
1.Watery vegetables and fruit: 1.5 gr Miyagen mixer gel for 100 gr
2.'Dry' vegetables and fruit: add 100 ml water for 100 gr and 3.0 gr Miyagen mixer gel
3.'Dry', cooked meat, fish, prepared dishes : add 100 ml water for 100 gr and 3.0 gr Miyagen mixer gel
4.Cooked vegetables and fruit: add 100 ml water for 100 gr and 3.0 gr Miyagen mixer gel
Instructions :
Mix the ingredients adding water when necessary ( description above)
Add the mixer gel and stir well with a spoon
Stand for 3 minutes
Mix for 10 seconds and….it's ready!
Advice : For fatty or sticky ingredients, use warm stock as liquid.
