This plum liqueur is made from the famous Japanese nanko-ume plum, tree ripened and same-day harvested. The best must, sweet and flavoursome ( in the present case that of 1998 ) is selected and aged in natural wood casks for three years. Its special aroma is due to the special casks used: used as they had been to age whisky, brandy, bourbon, sherry they have kept the best frangrances. You'll appreciate the unequalled sweetness of this liqueur, its honey notes combined with the fragrance of peach or apricot, sharp and fruity, woody. A 100% natural and authentic pleasure!
