This seasoning is a mix of seven spices in shîkwâsâ (citrus depressa) juice, presented as a paste. When opened it has an extraordinarily fresh and citrus smelling nose. Each ingredient has its own pronounced charadter but the overall impression is harmonious.
All the ingredients are from Japan and notably from Okinawa.
There is no additive, preservative, colour nor artificial aroma.
Accompany meat or fish carpaccios (mixed with a drop of virgin extra olive oil), fondues and grilled white and red meat, fish , woks, pasta, rice, risotto…
