Kozaemon Junmai Yuzushu or Shiroku Junmai yuzu is best on ice or chilled. It is much appreciated as an apperitif or digestive. The fruit is very present and is long in the mouth.
It is perfect for sorbets, poured over fruit or for sweet and savoury sauces.

A gourmet suggestion : soak a sponge cake in junmai yuzushu, you'll soon become hooked.
