This alga is only harvested in the pure river Shimanto-gawa waters. It has a soft texture and its fragrance fills the mouth. Ideal for yakisoba, okonomiyaki, grated daïkon, tempura, frying batter, miso soup, pasta, risotto, rice balls, chips, crisps, grated raw vegetable salad…
Mixed with butter it makes an excellent sauce !
