
Ferme Naturelle Shumei colza oil is exceptional in every way. The ecologically grown colza, without pesticide or chemical fertilizer, nor GM, is combine harvested at the end of August. The seeds are delicately air dried then meticulously sorted and gently roasted over a high heat for 40 minutes.
The pressed oil is put in a centrifuge to extract the smallest impurities, then washed in water ( so-called sedimentation method ) and finally refined and filtered.
The result leaves no room for doubt: a pure, deep yellow almost golden oil, full of flavour, strong but still light in the mouth, with a clear roasted seed taste and fragrance, close to almonds, peanuts, nuts.
As it is, season salads, marinades, meat and fish, fruit, pasta… Heated, it is perfect for cooking fish, poultry, beef…panfried vegetables…
