This yuzu juice, 100 % natural, is squeezed from ripe fruits cultivated in Kôchi Prefecture (most reputed and famous cultivation area in Japan producing the best yuzu citrus). Juice is filtered through a size 60 mesh (meaning 60 hole per cm²) and then immediately deep frozen.
Juice is 100 % natural, not pasteurized, without sugar, without salt, without any colouring neither additive neither preservative.
